OFFICE 365 SUBSCRIPTIONS
Small Business Premium - £10 plus VAT per month per user (Includes MS Office desktop apps on up to 5 devices, 50GB Exchange mailbox, 1TB OneDrive for Business Online Storage, Skype for Business
Small Business Essentials - £5 plus VAT per month per user (Includes 50GB Exchange mailbox, 1TB OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business)
Exchange Only Online Plan 1 - £3.50 per month plus VAT per mailbox (50GB Exchange mailbox)

Other Office 365 plans are available, please ask for more details. We are happy to manage your Office 365 tenancy as a delegated Administrator for your organisation. If you have an existing tenancy, you can also enable us to manage it. We can provide the licences directly so you pay us for your Office 365 services.

CONNECTIVITY
We are Zen Internet partners. We chose Zen because of their excellent service and support. We can provide all sorts of telephony and broadband services including ADSL and FTTC services. We also use Zen as our Domain registrar. Register a domain with us and you also get our excellent DNS knowledge bundled in, we'll make all of those complicated DNS record changes on your behalf at no extra cost!

VOIP
Horizon VoIP Premium subscription - £15 per month plus VAT (includes all calls to UK landlines and mobiles, DDI, Voicemail, Horizon supplied phone required - ask for prices)

SECURITY
BitDefender Endpoint Security - from £2 per month (We use and highly recommend BitDefender Endpoint Security for protection against viruses, malware, ransomware and network intrusion. Easily deployed and installed and we centrally manage and monitor for you at no extra cost)

HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
We can supply almost any software, hardware or cloud service. You might be surprised at our prices! Before you go to the obvious High Street options, give us a call to discuss your requirements. Even if you find something cheaper, we will provide our invaluable, experienced advice to ensure that you purchase the right tool for the job, even if that does mean purchasing elsewhere! With most PC and laptops supplied by us, we include data transfer from an old computer in the price regardless of time taken!
